ABOUT
This book is an accumulation of poems from a decade of immersion in the Great Lakes region. Part postmodern nature poetry, part immigrant travelogue, this collection dodges between the dawning Anthropocene, the rediscovery of the Midwest, and the tensions of place in identity politics as it traces the wild, populous Great Lakes region in pursuit of belonging and sublimity in the world’s largest, most porous borderland. Coming summer 2021 with Coffee House Press.
